About Me

 

Patryk Garczarczyk - Founder

 

Hi, I’m Patryk — founder of TakeOff Holidays. My journey in travel began over 10 years ago as cabin crew with Flybe, before moving on to Virgin Atlantic. I later became a pilot in the Maldives with TMA, flying seaplanes to some of the world’s most exclusive resorts, and today I’m flying with Ryanair.

Living in the Maldives for a year gave me first-hand experience of luxury escapes and dream honeymoons. I stayed in some of the best resorts in the world and saw exactly what makes a holiday truly unforgettable.

Take Off Holidays was also inspired by my own experiences closer to home. After seeing family get scammed by fake travel agents, and after booking a “mystery holiday” deal that ended up costing far more than it was worth, I realised how many people struggle to find a reliable way to book their trips. I wanted to create a service that people could trust — a friendly face who gives honest advice, finds the best deals, and helps plan the holiday you actually want.
